A report costs RM40 and is used to divide a real estate between real family members. If ours is wrong, you should not be out of pocket for it as well.

Tell us which figure is wrong
The link to your report (or the payment reference from the receipt), and the specific share, page or amount you believe is incorrect. One sentence is enough — “the mother should be 1/6, not 1/3, because there are three siblings” tells us everything we need to check it.

We check it and refund
We re-run the case and reply either with the refund confirmed or with the working that shows why the figure stands — cited, so you can judge it yourself rather than take our word. Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 working days.
What qualifies
The arithmetic is wrong
A share that does not match the Shafi‘i method as set out in the cited references, parts that do not sum to the sah masalah, or ringgit figures that do not follow from the estate you entered. This is the promise proper — no argument, no questions beyond enough detail to reproduce it.
A citation does not say what the report claims
Every rule in the report names a book, an author and a printed page. If a cited page does not carry the rule attributed to it, that is our error and it is refundable on the same terms.
The report never arrived
Payment went through and no report was generated, or the download failed and could not be recovered from the link.
Within 30 days of payment, ask and it is given. After that we will still look at anything you send us — an estate can take months to settle, and a mistake does not stop being a mistake because it was found late.
Plans. A 3-case bundle is refunded in full within 30 days if none of its credits has been used, and pro rata for unused credits after that. The unlimited-updates year can be cancelled at any time from your account and runs to the end of the period already paid for; within 30 days of paying, if you have not used it, ask and it is refunded in full.
What a refund is not for
A report that correctly says your case cannot be settled by arithmetic alone is doing its job, not failing. Some cases — al-Radd, a grandfather inheriting alongside siblings, an heir whose survival or sex is uncertain — turn on a juristic question the calculator deliberately refuses to answer for you, and the report sets out the competing views with sources instead of picking one. You see that refusal free, before paying, in the share table at the end of the interview.
Likewise, a disagreement between a report and a Sijil Faraid, a Syariah Court order, a state fatwa or MAIS e-Faraid on a matter of juristic opinion is not in itself an arithmetic error — but send it to us anyway. If they are right and we are wrong, that is exactly the kind of mistake we want to find, and the refund follows.
